Common questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account (or choose Delete account directly on Profile). This permanently removes your account and associated data. Deleting ToldU does not cancel an App Store subscription, so use the subscription-management link shown before deletion if needed.

How do I report a post, comment, or user?

Tap the ⋯ / report control on the content in question and choose a reason. Reports go straight to our moderation queue. For urgent child-safety concerns, use the Child safety reason so it's escalated immediately.

How fast will you reply?

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Child-safety and security reports are prioritized.
