Common questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. You can also email support@toldu.ink and we'll help.

How do I report a post, comment, or user?

Tap the ⋯ / report control on the content in question and choose a reason. Reports go straight to our moderation queue. For urgent child-safety concerns, use the Child safety reason so it's escalated immediately.

How fast will you reply?

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Child-safety and security reports are prioritized.
