End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and DevIt ("ToldU", "we", "us") and governs your use of the ToldU application software (the "App"). It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA.
Apple requires apps with user-generated content to have an EULA with zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. This EULA includes that commitment. If you do not use a custom EULA, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies; this document is intended to meet or exceed it.
1. License grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with this EULA, the Terms of Service, and the usage rules of the app store you obtained it from (the "Store").
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent the law expressly permits;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the App;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices; or
- use the App in any unlawful way or in violation of the Terms of Service.
3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By using the App you agree that you will not post content or engage in behavior prohibited by our Community Guidelines. We provide tools to report objectionable content and block abusive users. We will review reports and remove content and remove/eject users who violate these standards, generally within 24 hours of a report.
4. User-generated content & AI output
The App lets you create content and generates automated AI analysis. You are responsible for your content. AI output is automated, may be inaccurate, and is provided for entertainment and reflection only — not professional advice. See the Terms of Service for the full content license, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, which apply to your use of the App.
5. Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold. ToldU and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights.
6. Updates
We may provide updates, which may be installed automatically. This EULA governs any updates unless they come with separate terms.
7. Third-party terms
Your use of the App is also subject to the Store's terms and to third-party services the App relies on (e.g. authentication and AI providers). The Store and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited, as described in Sections 10–11 of the Terms of Service, which are incorporated by reference. To the extent of any conflict between this EULA and the Store's standard EULA, the terms more protective of the user under mandatory law prevail.
9. Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the App. Sections that by their nature survive termination continue to apply.
10. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live (including in Korea), consistent with Section 14 of the Terms of Service.
